OUR FLAGSHIP CBC LABEL FOCUSES ON THE MOST HIGHLY ACCLAIMED AND distinct vineyards on our source list. These are the sites that producers dream about working with because they consistently produce benchmark Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Vineyards selected for bottling under our CBC label will be drawn from a variety of different growing regions. Stylistically, we will adhere to our minimalist approach, so that each site can be experienced in its purist form. We have exceptionally high expectations for this label, and we will declassify any CBC wines that do not meet our strict standards for flavor, balance, complexity and concentration. We anticipate less than 100 cases of this wine will be crafted each vintage once we reach full production. Our inaugural 2007 CBC offering is a Chardonnay from the esteemed Alder Springs Vineyard in Mendocino.
